The motivation behind the founding of the Hardwood Distributors Association was to obtain recognition of wholesale hardwood distributing yards as an important segment within the lumber industry. The purpose of the Association today is to maintain this recognition and to protect and promote the interests of its members.
All distributors of hardwood lumber, plywood or other hardwood products are welcome to join the Hardwood Distributors Association. New applicants must be sponsored by two current HDA members.
